Chatbots are gaining momentum on the Internet, notably for their uses in e-commerce and customer care. Frogans sites can be used as an efficient interface for chatbots, given their flexibility in terms of appearance and given the fact they can be always visible on the screen. Users do not need to stay in a particular application or on a particular Web site: the chatbot can provide useful information and alerts, just as a companion, while the user carries out whatever task he or she has to do.
